Oops I Made a Mistake
Frustrated when you make a mistake in knitting because you don't know what else to do but start over? Here's a class for you. Learn how to fix common mistakes like twisted stitches and dropped stitches. Learn how to "tink" and "frog", change a knit stitch to a purl stitch, and use a life-line to go back past your mistake.
- Prerequisites
- Must have experience with knitting and purling.
- Pre-class homework
- 2 sample swatches — one in stockinette, one in garter — 20 stitches wide x 2 inches long, knit with a light-colored yarn on size 6, 7, or 8 needles. Leave swatches on the needles.
- Supplies
- The 2 swatches, crochet hook, darning needle, and dental floss or scrap yarn of a lesser weight. Have an "Oops" you need to fix? Bring it along.
$20 · Max 10 students · Pay in person when you arrive.

Needlepoint is making a comeback.
Is it a hobby you've wanted to try but don't know where to start? There aren't any needlepoint shops in the metro area but that won't stop us. We will be hosting a beginner class in October.
