Friendsgiving

What is Friendsgiving? We do it every year, on a Saturday night in November. I get to tell you how grateful I am for you. You’ve made this shop more than a store, it’s become an amazing community. We have giveaways. And we eat.

In the past it has been a potluck ~ but this year it’s been decided to treat you. Come with your knitting and crochet projects and be ready for dessert!

No need to RSVP. You only need to show up and be ready for friendship and laughter.

Year of Gnomes

We will be participating along with Imagined Landscapes in her Year of Gnomes KAL. Sarah has designed 12 gnome patterns and has come up with a fun way to knit them all through the year. You can find more info on her website linked here.

The shop will also have drawings for prizes in 2022. Whether you do one gnome or twelve, you will have an opportunity to enter a drawing. Join us on January 2nd if you need more info, want help choosing a pattern or picking colors.

cast on party

What will your first project of the year be? Will it be a knit or crochet? Will it be for you or to gift to someone special?

Join us for our annual Cast On Party, January 1st 10:00am – 5:00pm. Susan from DSM Dough (new year resolutions don’t exist in here) will be making our treats. Open to anyone, no registration required. Come for an hour or stay all day. There will be drawings, treats, and lots of laughter. If you have never come to an event at our shop, don’t be shy, I guarantee you will leave having made a new friend or two!
